How it started

Anita’s unique perspective stems from her professional ballet career which allowed her to dance in several ballet companies around the world. While she was dancing she took particular interest in the injury rehabilitation dancers where receiving from a range of different therapists.

Anita established Strength and Grace in 2014 with the aim of drawing on years of experience sustaining optimal health and physical wellness which athletes in ballet companies maintain during their careers. Anita’s husband is in the military so offered a different dynamic to her vision as military physical training instructors also have years of practical experience with health, fitness and injury prevention.

Strength and Grace utilise practitioners with professional backgrounds in dance and the military to help clients achieve their potential and find out what their bodies are capable of. We offer anything from Yoga and Pilates to calisthenics and full body stretching sessions. Having either experienced personally many of the injuries our clients are experiencing we aim to rehabilitate and target key muscle groups that significantly reduce the chances of their injury happening again.

We have added different facets to our service over the last few years. Along with our personal training team we now have a collection of Physiotherapist’s, Chiropractors, massage therapists, nutritionists and access to private GP’s on Harley Street to cover all of our clients needs. We now curate and fulfill a range of different services in Hotels, Corporate Offices and Private Residences.
